Refund Policy

At Dark Magus, LLC, we stand behind the quality of every Liberty Ark product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and straightforward refund process described below. This Refund Policy applies to all products sold on libertyarksurvival.com and is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Physical Supplement Products

All Liberty Ark dietary supplements are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within sixty (60) days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our support team at support@libertyarksurvival.com.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions.
  4. You do not need to return the physical product for most refund requests. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and any applicable return address.
  5. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Good to know: We cover the product price. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, damaged product on arrival).

2. Subscription Products (Survival Wellness Box)

The Survival Wellness Box is a monthly recurring subscription. The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to the most recent box charged to your account.

Cancelling a Subscription

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing support@libertyarksurvival.com.
  • Cancellations received before the next scheduled billing date stop all future charges.
  • Cancellations received after the month has rebilled and the box has shipped apply to the following month’s cycle. The shipped box remains eligible for a refund under the 60-day guarantee.

Refunds for Subscription Charges

To request a refund of a subscription charge:

  1. Email support within 60 days of the rebill date.
  2. Include your order number or the email address on your subscription.
  3. We will process a refund of the product portion of the most recent charge. Earlier billing cycles (older than 60 days) are not eligible for refund but remain cancellable going forward.

3. Digital Products (Guides, Blueprints, E-Books)

Digital products are delivered instantly by email download link and are non-refundable once downloaded, due to the nature of digital content. This includes:

  • Liberty Ark: Analog Blueprint (digital version);
  • Off-Grid Home Protection Systems;
  • Family Wellness Pharmacy;
  • Home Security Traps Blueprint;
  • Any other digital guides, checklists, or e-books purchased.

If you purchased a bundle that includes both physical and digital items, the physical portion is refundable under the 60-day guarantee, and the digital portion is excluded.

If you experience a technical issue with a download link, contact support and we will provide a replacement link at no charge.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@libertyarksurvival.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery with:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Photos of the product and packaging where applicable.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping, at our discretion.

5. Lost or Stolen Shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, first check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded;
  • Subscription charges older than 60 days from the rebill date;
  • Original shipping fees (unless the refund is due to our error);
  • Products reported after the applicable guarantee window has expired;
  • Orders cancelled, chargebacked, or disputed by the customer after shipment has already been processed and fulfilled.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a credit card chargeback. Nearly all issues can be resolved directly with us, typically within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution and could disqualify the order from our standard guarantee process.

If you initiated a charge in error or do not recognize a charge from “Dark Magus” or “Liberty Ark” on your statement, please email support@libertyarksurvival.com with your name, order number (if known), and billing email, and we will identify the charge and resolve it quickly.

8. Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, expect the following:

  • Credit and debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • Digital replacement link reissues: typically within 24 hours.
  • Replacement shipments for damaged goods: typically ship within 1–3 business days.
